I've spent more than twenty years in the corporate world, most of them in marketing, and fifteen years in the world of fashion. Through all of it, one thing never changed: my love for books, for learning and for growing, personally and professionally.
I've always loved listening to other women and sharing what has worked for me, in case it makes their lives a little easier. Le Pilates Pink is my way of doing that for more of us.
A dream I didn't want to postpone any longer.
For as long as I can remember, I've wanted to write a book. This site is where that begins: a place to share what I've learned from experience, one honest recommendation at a time.
I also believe that clothes are not vanity. What we wear is part of who we are, and getting dressed with intention is one of the simplest ways to feel more confident. The right book can change how you think. The right blazer can change how you walk into a room.
And the name? I love pilates and moving my body, and pink is my nod to the feminine side of all of us.

Forty is an arrival
We're taught to fear this decade. I think it's the best one yet: we finally have the maturity, the knowledge and the self-trust that only life can give us.
Growth doesn't stop
Reading and learning keep us curious. Give me an hour to myself, a good book and a coffee shop, and I'm completely happy.

It isn't about trends or labels. It's about wearing what makes you feel like yourself, so you walk out the door ready for your day.
